As part of the funding proposal package submitted by Accredited Entities / PSAA Applicants (together, “Applicants”) under the proposal approval process (PAP) and simplified approval process (SAP) modalities, Applicants must submit a draft Term Sheet setting out, in summary form, the proposed key terms and conditions specific to and relating to the funding proposal as Annex 16 to the funding proposal.
Depending on the contracting modality selected in Section A.5 of the funding proposal, Applicants should use the appropriate template linked on this page.
In addition, for funding proposals involving loans and/or equity instruments, Applicants must also submit the relevant commercial terms annex for that instrument linked on this page.
