As part of the funding proposal package submitted by Accredited Entities / PSAA Applicants (together, “Applicants”) under the proposal approval process (PAP) and simplified approval process (SAP) modalities, Applicants must submit a draft Term Sheet setting out, in summary form, the proposed key terms and conditions specific to the funding proposal as Annex 16 to the funding proposal.
Depending on the contracting modality selected in Section A.5 of the funding proposal, Applicants should use the appropriate template(s) linked on this page, namely:
- For Applicants which have selected the contracting modality as a project-specific Funded Activity Agreement incorporating the GCF Standard Conditions (Projects), please use the “Term Sheet template (FAA incorporating Standard Conditions)”.
- For Applicants which have selected the contracting modality as a project-specific Funded Activity Agreement incorporating the Accreditation Master Agreement, please use the “Term Sheet template (FAA incorporating AMA)” and refer to the “Examples of GCF Standard Covenants”.
- For Applicants under the project-specific assessment approach (PSAA), please use the “Term Sheet template (PSAA FAA)” and refer to the “Examples of GCF Standard Covenants”.
In addition, for funding proposals involving loans and/or equity instruments, Applicants must also submit the relevant commercial terms annex for that instrument linked on this page.
