- The GCF’s revised funding proposal template (SAP Funding Proposal Template v4.0) is being made available in Word format for reference only.
- The version available in the GCF Partner Portal (GPP) shall prevail over the Word version.
- The digital module may be updated periodically to reflect system enhancements, patches, or version updates. The Word version made available on the GCF website will be revised accordingly.
- Effective 1 August 2026, all FP submissions should be made through the new digital module.
- The old module will remain open only for B.46 proposals (including FP submissions and re-submissions) as a transitionary measure.
- All proposals targeting B.47 and subsequent Board meetings will need to be submitted using the updated format. Where proposals are in the old format, they should be transferred to the new digital module.
