This consultancy assignment is jointly supported by the Independent Evaluation Unit of the Green Climate Fund (IEU) and the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval). IEU and DEval are requesting applications from 2-person-consultancy teams under a firm to develop an evidence gap map that takes stock of high quality evidence related to interventions and outcomes/impacts of adaptation action. Teams are invited to undertake an initial approach paper that will sharpen the scope and methods for an evidence review; consultations with various stakeholders; and a subsequent systematic review of evidence that maps and analyzes causal evidence of climate adaptation interventions.

This evaluation is required to be undertaken between July 2018 and June 2019.

Sealed proposals must be submitted to the IEU/GCF no later than 19th July, 2018, 17:00 hrs Korean time.
