Since its inauguration in January 2021, the GCF Secretariat has employed the Portfolio Performance Management System (PPMS) as an integral hub. This platform facilitates seamless interactions between GCF Secretariat and its partners such as Accredited Entities (AEs), Delivery Partners (DPs), and National Designated Authorities (NDAs), centralizing submissions of various reports and disbursement requests, including the Annual Performance Reports (APRs), while enabling real-time tracking of GCF’s review status.

In the forthcoming webinar, the GCF aims to address historical challenges of reporting, by providing insights into the obstacles AEs encountered during previous APR reporting cycles. Our goal is to collaboratively alleviate these hindrances in the CY2023 reporting cycle next year. Additionally, we will introduce enhanced features of the PPMS, presenting the enhanced and new features of the CY2023 APR module, and the revamped Project Story tab.

With this, we cordially invite all AEs and colleagues involved in APR submissions to the webinar on Annual Performance Reporting on GCF Funded Activities through the Updated PPMS on 7 November 2023. AEs are encouraged to involve their communications or knowledge management teams, ensuring they're updated on the Project Story tab, fostering expansive knowledge dissemination in collaboration with GCF.

The webinar will take place at two different times, allowing for participation across different regions. The consultation sessions will be held at the following times:
