Approved Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme proposals may encounter obstacles and delays during the implementation due to varying circumstances on the ground. These may include challenges that could affect the delivery of the targeted objectives, making it imperative to revise and amend the original plans.
Accordingly, recipients of Readiness support may request for change to the approved Readiness support proposals, including change in the grant term, budget plan, procurement plan, and the logical framework, at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the grant. Requests for change along with the required annexes and supporting documents should be submitted to the Portfolio Performance Management System (PPMS) for legacy Readiness grants or the GCF Partner Portal for grants approved under the Readiness Strategy 2024-2027.
