This proposal template is designed for direct access by Countries, through their National Designated Authorities (NDAs)/focal points for the Country Support Window. To assist with completing this proposal template, the GCF provides the Guide for Countries to Access Readiness Support. If applicable, Financial Management Capacity Assessment (FMCA) must be successfully completed prior to this readiness proposal. In case of the DAE accessing readiness support under the DAE window directly, there is no need to complete the FMCA questionnaire, as accreditation already verifies the entity’s financial capacity. 

While this template allows Countries to work on the direct access proposal offline, please note that the information must be transposed and submitted through the GCF Partner Portal.
