ITB 2019/S/002: Procurement for Provision of Service for Web-Casting at Board Meetings (Long Term Agreement for 2 years)
A long term agreement contract for this procurement notice has been awarded to Meta Fusion GMBH (Germany) on 13 February 2019.
GCF is soliciting bids from interested firms to provide webcasting services for a period of two years to cover the requirements at the GCF Board meetings at Songdo, Republic of Korea and in some developing countries. In total, 6-8 Board meetings are scheduled in 2019 and 2020. GCF may also request the same service for other occasions, depending on the need identified on an ad-hoc basis.
Bids must be delivered to GCF on or before 22 January 2019 at 1700H KST.
