Following approval of a readiness request, legal arrangements are concluded in the form of a grant agreement with the grant recipient which includes and incorporates the Standard Conditions. This readiness grant agreement was signed between GCF and Le Centre De Suivi Ecologique (CSE) for readiness activities in Chad on 23 November 2016.
