This application must be completed and submitted by the Accredited Entity (AE) and Project Specific Assessment Approach (PSAA) applicants. Starting 1 July 2026, all GCF Project Preparation Facility (PPF) applications are required to be submitted online through the GCF Partner Portal (GPP). This template is provided for guidance purposes only. Among others, the application should provide the GCF Secretariat with detailed information on the PPF request, the nature and scope of the specific project preparation activities to be undertaken, the justification for the request, and the proposed financing and implementation arrangements.
