As part of the funding proposal package submitted by Accredited Entities / PSAA Applicants (together, “Applicants”) under the proposal approval process (PAP) and simplified approval process (SAP) modalities, Applicants must submit the legal due diligence that they have conducted on the proposed Funded Activity as Annex 4 to the funding proposal.
