As part of the funding proposal package for both proposal approval process (PAP) and simplified approval process (SAP), Accredited Entities / PSAA Applicants should submit a certificate confirming that all internal approvals have been obtained, and that the entity has the capacity and authority to implement the proposed Funded Activity as Annex 5 to the funding proposal.
