As part of the funding proposal package submitted by Accredited Entities / PSAA Applicants under the proposal approval process (PAP) and simplified approval process (SAP) modalities, Accredited Entities / PSAA Applicants should submit a certificate confirming that all internal approvals have been obtained, and that the entity has the capacity and authority to implement the proposed Funded Activity as Annex 5 to the funding proposal.
