As part of the funding proposal package for proposal approval process (PAP), an Environmental and Social (E&S) document should be submitted as Annex 7 to the funding proposal, pursuant to GCF's Information Disclosure Policy.
Environmental and Social (E&S) document corresponding to the E&S category (A or B; or I1 or I2):
- Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) or
- Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) or
- Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) or
- Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF)
- Others (please specify – e.g. Resettlement Action Plan, Resettlement Policy Framework, Indigenous People’s Plan, Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework, Land Acquisition Plan, etc.)
