This readiness proposal will enable Guyana to operationalize a comprehensive Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) system that aligns with international standards, addresses data and capacity gaps, and empowers stakeholders to implement and monitor effective climate actions.

The project will build a resilient framework for meeting Guyana's climate commitments through sustained training, robust data systems, and active stakeholder engagement while developing project pipelines to attract climate finance.
