Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the GCF is seeking to contract a qualified, reputable and experienced Firm to provide consultancy services for Supporting Implementation of the GCF Indicator tool for developing the baseline of the GHG Emissions for Accredited Entities. The terms of reference included in Annex 1 provides the details of the assignment and expected deliverables.

Proposals must be submitted to the Secretariat no later than 12 July, 2019 at 17.00 hours Korean Standard Time.
