As part of the Funding Proposal (FP) package submitted under the Simplified Approval Process (SAP), project proponents are required to submit information on legal due diligence, containing details of any government or regulatory approvals, licenses or permits required for implementing and operating the project/programme, applicable taxes and foreign exchange regulations related to the project/programme, as well as any insurance policies or requirements related to the project/programme.
