Consultation for the GCF’s Policy on Restructuring and Cancellation

We are pleased to invite GCF’s Accredited Entities (AEs) and National Designated Authorities (NDAs) to the webinars on GCF’s review of the Policy on Restructuring and Cancellation (PRC). 

The webinars provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions and share any inputs, to complement the written consultation which is the main channel for submitting feedback. The policy package for PRC will be presented at the forty-third meeting of the GCF Board (B.43).

The proposed revisions emphasize the Board’s authority over the Fund’s strategic decisions, while streamlining operational processes to increase the Fund’s ability to act swiftly, so as to improve responsiveness and accelerate the deployment of funds at scale. This approach is aligned with the updated Strategic Plan (USP-2) and supports the implementation of the revised Accreditation Framework and revised Monitoring and Accountability Framework (MAF).
