This proposal seeks to support the Philippine government in increasing access to and usage of green finance within the country. Whilst there has been some investment in renewable energy and energy efficiency within the country, there needs to be clearer pathways to implement and grow green finance initiatives within the private sector for the Philippines to reach their Nationally Determined Contribution to the Paris Climate Agreement.
