The thirty-fifth meeting of the Board of the Green Climate Fund (B.35) will be held from Monday, 13 March to Thursday, 16 March 2023, at Songdo Convensia, Incheon, Republic of Korea. The meeting will be held daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Korea standard time (KST) (00:00 – 09:00 UTC).

Constituency meetings and meetings of Board committees, panels and groups are planned for Sunday, 12 March.

Technical sessions on funding proposals and accreditation proposals open to active observers will take place virtually in advance of B.35, the details of which will be provided in due course.

The online registration system (ORS) for members of the Board, alternate members, and advisers, and representatives from accredited observer organizations, accredited entities and national designated authorities will be open from Wednesday, 8 February 9:00 a.m. and will close on Friday, 24 February at 11:00 p.m. KST. All participants from these groups should register through the ORS.
