Pursuant to the Governing Instrument for the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the Rules of Procedure, and the Guidelines relating to observer participation, accreditation of observer organizations and participation of active observers, organizations wishing to participate in the activities of the Fund may apply for observer status with the Fund.

This call invites eligible organizations to submit applications for accreditation as observer organizations to the Green Climate Fund. Eligible applicants include international entities (IEs), civil society organizations (CSOs), and private sector organizations (PSOs).

Applications for observer accreditation are reviewed by the Secretariat and presented to the Board for decision. Organizations granted observer status may designate representatives to register for meetings of the Board.

Applications for accreditation as an observer organization must be submitted by Wednesday,
