At its twenty-fourth meeting, the GCF Board adopted the Policy on co-financing, which details guidance on determining, reporting and monitoring different types of finance as defined in the policy. This policy applies to funding proposals approved by the Board starting from the twenty-sixth meeting of the Board.

In response, the Secretariat has developed a temporary annex to be requested for funding proposals being submitted to the Board from the twenty-sixth meeting onwards until the funding proposal template is updated again. Funding proposal packages, including those that have already been submitted prior to this notification, will not be considered complete without this temporary annex until the template is updated.
