The aim of this proposal is to support Thailand in achieving national targets for energy efficiency in the building sector through defining energy and GHG emission baselines and benchmarks, conducting energy audits, identifying potential technologies for BEC compliance including their financial aspects, developing a Measurement, Report and Verification framework for GHG emission reductions and energy consumption for existing and new buildings and building the capacity of representatives of different stakeholder groups in the BEC standards.
