The Standard Conditions set forth terms and conditions generally applicable to all financing for Projects made available by the GCF.

Following approval of a funding proposal, the GCF and the Accredited Entity enter into a project-specific Funded Activity Agreement that sets out the project details and incorporates the Standard Conditions in effect as of the date of the funding approval.

The Standard Conditions will be updated periodically to reflect (i) new or revised policies and (ii) lessons learned and feedback from our partners.
