Semi-Annual Financial Report (SAFR) Template
The Semi-Annual Financial Report (SAFR) supports the monitoring of GCF-funded activities and is submitted by Accredited Entities (AEs) in accordance with the provisions of the Accredited Master Agreement (AMA) and the relevant Funded Activity Agreement(s) (FAA) for each approved project or programme.
The SAFR supports GCF’s requirements for financial management, external audit, and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations, and covers both financial risk monitoring and financial reporting data requirements.
Accredited Entities are required to complete and submit the SAFR for each Funded Activity, in line with the applicable financial instrument(s).
