Overview

This guideline document responds to decision B.32/05 made by the GCF Board to develop guidance and templates for the Accredited Entities (AEs) on building a results-based monitoring and reporting system, based on the GCF integrated results management framework to simplify the annual performance report requirements and templates and accelerate disbursements.

In particular, the primary aim of this guideline is to assist AEs in accurately and efficiently completing the SAP Annual Performance Report (APR) template. By providing this targeted support, the GCF Secretariat hopes to simplify the process, reducing both time and effort spent while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and effectiveness

Please be aware that the template showed below serves solely as an illustration. Once the new reporting requirements and templates are implemented, the final version digitalized and available in PPMS may vary from this example.
