Following approval of a readiness request, legal arrangements are concluded in the form of a grant agreement with the grant recipient which includes and incorporates the Standard Conditions. This readiness grant agreement was signed between GCF and the Ministry of Finance and National Planning of Tonga for readiness activities in Tonga on 6 December 2016.
