This readiness support request aims to build on the work of the first NDA strengthening readiness support. This particular request will strengthen the capacity of the NDA and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) to continue progressing GCF engagement in the Cook Islands. The request will also include the preparation of a national country programme and will support the Cook Islands pursuit of Direct Access through accreditation of national direct access entities.
