The GCF Readiness support requested will, in complement to the readiness programme of the Africa Climate Change Fund (ACCF) described in this proposal, ensure that the capacity of the NDA is strengthened and develop a strategic engagement framework with the Fund to enable implementation of Eswatini's climate priorities over the long term.
