Overview

This readiness proposal aims to lay the groundwork for additional contributions to the achievement of Barbados’s GHG emission reduction targets. This GCF readiness proposal will also support the Government of Barbados’ ongoing high priority initiative entitled One Million Trees Initiative (1MTI). The objective of this readiness proposal, therefore, is to lay the foundation for enhanced adaptation and mitigation capacity to combat climate change.
