Reporting fraud and corruption

The Green Climate Fund is committed to ethical and efficient operations and has set up an Independent Integrity Unit (IIU) to investigate allegations of fraud, corruption and other prohibited practices. The IIU is fully independent from the GCF Secretariat and reports directly to the Board of the Fund.

If you would like to make a report, please contact

Or send your message by post, to the Head of the Independent Integrity Unit, marked “Confidential,” using the address indicated below.

Visit our offices

The Green Climate Fund is headquartered in the Seoul Capital Area of the Republic of Korea:

Songdo Business District
175 Art Center-daero
Yeonsu-gu, Incheon 22004

Our offices can be reached by public transportation. Seoul-Incheon (ICN) is the closest airport. GCF Headquarters is located approximately 20 minutes by bus from the airport. Buses No. 303-1 and 303 connect ICN with GCF Headquarters.

The nearest metro stop is CENTRAL PARK (More information on the Seoul subway system is available here). Buses No. 6405 (to Gangnam) and 6724 (to Hongdae/Sinchon) are within walking distance of our offices and connect Songdo with Seoul City.

Please note that Seoul’s Capital Area is one of the largest urban zones on the planet; it is inhabited by 25 million citizens. Travel time by train, bus, and car between Songdo and Seoul varies between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on traffic situations.

GCF recommends that you use public transportation and that you offset your travel emissions when visiting the Fund.
