  • By invitation only

The Technical Programming Dialogue will bring together National Designated Authorities, Direct Access Entities, and other GCF stakeholders, to provide a platform for prioritizing access to and mobilization of  climate finance and technical assistance for identified priority innovative and transformation projects for a low carbon and climate resilient Caribbean.

The event will be an opportunity for the participants to better understand what is meant by climate rationale and thereby enhance the quality of their projects and programmes. It will examine various approaches and identify necessary support for National Designated Authorities and Accredited Entities in ensuring their projects and programmes have a strong climate rationale.

The programme will include two and a half days of interactive discussions covering projects/programmes, accreditation and readiness.
