GCF Regional Dialogue with Eastern Europe and Central Asia

The Regional Dialogue will convene National Designated Authorities (NDAs), Accredited Entities (AEs), Delivery Partners (DPs), and other key partners from across Eastern Europe and Central Asia to strengthen regional collaboration and accelerate climate investment. The Dialogue will provide a dedicated platform for the GCF to engage directly with countries and partners, better understand regional priorities and challenges, and present the latest updates to enable simpler, faster and more effective access to GCF resources.

The event will be highly practical and action-oriented. Through a series of programming discussions and hands-on workshops, participants will work together to identify investment opportunities, strengthen country pipelines, refine bankable project concepts, and develop actionable pathways for mobilising climate finance across both public and private sectors.

The programme will also foster peer-to-peer learning. Dedicated networking and matchmaking sessions will create opportunities for countries, implementing partners and financiers to build new partnerships, align country priorities with institutional expertise, and advance high-impact mitigation and adaptation initiatives.

By the conclusion of the Dialogue, participants will have strengthened partnerships, clearer investment priorities, enhanced knowledge of GCF programming opportunities, and concrete next steps to translate climate ambitions into implementable, investment-ready projects.
