This report covers the financial status of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Trust Fund as of 30 September 2013, for which the World Bank serves as interim trustee.

This report encompasses all the trust funds for which the World Bank is trustee, including the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund. It integrates the World Bank management’s assertion on the effectiveness of internal controls over the preparation of trust fund financial reports with the combined financial statements and is supported by two independent audit reports from the World Bank’s external auditor.
