Through this request for proposals (RFP), the GCF is seeking to contract up to five (5) qualified, reputable and experienced companies/corporations/firms (the "Firms") to support the Independent Integrity Unit (IIU) in the discharge of its functions including conducting Proactive Integrity Reviews (PIRs) designed to assess compliance with applicable GCF integrity policies and financing agreements with a focus on preventing integrity violations involving GCF-funded activities.  The resultant contracts will be long-term agreements (LTAs) of initial three (3) years with options to extend for another two (2) years, subject to the Firm’s satisfactory performance and at GCF's sole discretion.

The terms of reference (TOR) in Annex 1 of the attached RFP package herein shall provide the assignment's details and expected deliverables.

Proposals must be submitted to the GCF no later than Wednesday, 16 March 2022 (revised from 14 March 2022) @ 17.00 hours Korean standard time.
