The Fund will be holding its 16th Board Meeting from 2 to 6 April 2017 in Songdo at the headquarters of the Green Climate Fund Secretariat (hereafter the “Secretariat”). The number of participants is to be approximately 300 to 350 people. The Board meeting will take place over five (5) days including two (2) days of preparatory meetings and three (3) days of the official Board Meeting itself. 

The Fund invites qualified companies to submit their technical and financial proposals to provide catering services for the 16th Meeting of the GCF Board at GCF Headquarters located in Songdo, Republic of Korea. The Fund will also conclude a 12-month contract with the successful bidder to provide catering services to the Fund at fixed unit rates, as required.

The deadline for receipt of proposals is 20 March 2017 at 15:00 Korean Standard Time.
