Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the GCF is seeking to contract a qualified, reputable and experienced Firm to develop a  strategic road map for maximizing GCF’s engagement with the Private sector both local and global including development of Private Sector Facility’s (PSF) business plan options. The terms of reference included in Annex 1 provides the details of the assignment and expected deliverables.
