Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the GCF is seeking to employ a firm to design, promote and manage two pilot RFP programmes. The first, for selecting pilot programmes in support of funding micro, small, and medium enterprise activities that are climate sensitive (hereafter referred to as “RFP-MSME”). Proposals must be submitted to the Secretariat not later than 12 February 2016 at 3.00 pm Korean time.
