Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the GCF is seeking to employ a firm to design, promote and manage two pilot RFP programmes. The first, for selecting pilot programmes in support of funding micro, small, and medium enterprise activities that are climate sensitive (hereafter referred to as “RFP-MSME”); the second, for selecting pilot programmes in support of mobilizing funding at scale (hereafter referred to as “RFP-MFS”). Proposals must be submitted to the Secretariat not later than 21 August 2015 at 3.00 pm Korean time.
