Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the GCF is seeking to employ a firm to design and draft standardized Credit and Investment Guideline (hereafter referred to as “CIG”) for the GCF, and a template Risk Assessment Framework. The work will include Risk Assessment Frameworks and guidelines for products in lending, capital markets, trade finance, investments in Private Equity funds, guarantees and grants. Guidelines for industry segments will also be required. Proposals must be submitted to the Secretariat no later than 29 January 2016 at 6.00 pm Korean time.
