The purpose of this RFP is to select a suitable vendor to complement internal audit to review and assess the adequacy of internal control over HR process, procurement, expense, accounting and financial reporting of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) in reference to the Terms of Reference (TOR) attached in Annex A.
