Building Climate-Resilient Health Systems and Community Wellbeing in Africa (Africa CRHC)

Africa CDC, in collaboration with the Global Fund and participating countries, has submitted a GCF concept note for a regional programme titled “Building Climate-Resilient Health Systems and Community Wellbeing in Africa (Africa CRHC)” under the GCF Project-Specific Assessment Approach (PSAA). The programme seeks to strengthen the resilience of national and sub-national health systems to the increasing impacts of climate change by improving climate-health governance, infrastructure, surveillance, and inclusive community-based health action across three countries: Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Guinea Bissau.
