This document presents relevant environmental and social safeguards (ESS) information about FP189: E-Mobility Programme for Sustainable Cities in Latin America and the Caribbean, specifically for the sub-project "GH2 Magallanes: Development of Enabling Port Infrastructure Program". Project and programme funding proposals that have environmental or social impacts are required to provide these reports as annexes to the funding proposals.
