Consultation Webinar on GCF Accreditation for African Ministries of Finance

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is inviting National Designated Authorities (NDAs) and Ministries of Finance to the ongoing registration for a consultation webinar on accreditation to the GCF under the revised Accreditation Framework (RAF).

This webinar is being organized in response to significant demand from across Africa for accreditation of Ministries of Finance and aims to clearly articulate the value proposition for African Ministries of Finance to attain accreditation with the Green Climate Fund.

The webinar will present the GCF accreditation process step by step, taking into account the specific features and needs of public sector and governmental entities from developing countries. It will also outline the types of support the GCF Secretariat can provide to facilitate accreditation.

In addition, the session will discuss common challenges encountered during the accreditation process and possible solutions. An interactive question and answer segment will be included to allow participants to engage directly with the GCF Secretariat.

NDAs are kindly encouraged to share this invitation with Ministries of Finance in their respective countries.
