Updated monitoring and accountability framework for accredited entities

Adopted by decision B.42/13, subject to transitional arrangements. Defines the requirements related to the role of accredited entities (AE) in advancing the mandate of GCF, AE compliance, funded activity monitoring, risk-based monitoring approach, supportive and remedial measures.
