The Country Outcome Logframe should be completed by countries before submitting their Readiness proposal. It outlines the requested areas of support by identifying readiness needs and capacity gaps in relation to the objectives and outcomes of the Readiness Strategy 2024-2027 and in alignment with the Revised Readiness Results Management Framework.

While this template allows countries to prepare the Country Outcome Logframe offline, please note that all information must be entered and officially submitted through the online submission platform in the GCF Partner Portal.
