Onboarding webinars for REDD+ results-based payments (RBP) workshop

In light of the GCF Board's request at the thirty-fifth board meeting for the GCF Secretariat to prepare a proposal for a new phase of the REDD+ Results-based payments (RBP) programme, a consultation workshop has been organized to open discussions on the draft document with nominated representatives of Board members, alternative Board members, active observes and accredited entity observers. The workshop will be held from 14th to 17th July 2023 in Songdo, Republic of Kora.  

In order to prepare participants for the workshop an onboarding webinar will be held on 21 June 2023, and will have two time slots: the first to be held from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm KST, and the second from 10:00pm to 11:30pm KST. The objective of this webinar is to provide comprehensive updates on the REDD+ RBP consultations, including the latest status and progress of the approved REDD+ RBP projects, as well as lessons learned. In addition, the draft document to be discussed at the workshop in July will be introduced.
