GCF Regional Dialogue with East and South Asia

The Regional Dialogue will convene National Designated Authorities (NDAs), Accredited Entities (AEs), Delivery Partners (DPs), and other partners of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) to deepen and accelerate country-driven engagement and climate action with the Fund.

The Dialogue will serve as a platform to:

• Enhance understanding of regional climate challenges, capacity gaps, and programming needs;
• Share regional success stories and lessons learned;
• Support the identification and development of high-impact climate change mitigation and adaptation initiatives aligned with countries’ priorities, development needs, and climate vulnerabilities; and
• Share updates on GCF’s strategic direction to enable simpler, faster, and more effective access to climate finance.

The programme will include targeted technical sessions and hands-on workshops for both public and private sector programming, with a focus on building country capacity, strengthening project pipelines, and advancing transformational and paradigm-shifting climate investments.
