Consultation Sessions on the Policy on Project Management Costs

Further to the initial round of stakeholder consultations, and as part of the ongoing development of the GCF’s Policy on Project Management Costs, we are pleased to invite GCF Accredited Entities (AEs) and National Designated Authorities (NDAs)/focal points to participate in a new round of consultation sessions.

These upcoming sessions will build on earlier discussions and provide an opportunity to present the updated draft of the Policy on Project Management Costs, as well as to gather further feedback from stakeholders to inform the finalization of the policy, in line with Board decision B.36/06.

Each session will consist of two parts:

1. A presentation of the draft policy by the Secretariat.
2. An interactive Q&A panel to allow stakeholders to ask questions.

The consultation sessions will be held on Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 8:00am KST and 6:00pm KST, to accommodate different time zones.
