Consultation Sessions on the GCF’s Policy on Project Management Cost

The GCF Board through decision B.36/06, paragraph (d), noted the Independent Evaluation Unit’s recommendation regarding the GCF’s Policy on Fees and requested the Secretariat to present a revised policy on accredited entity fees for consideration by the Board. 

 As part of this process, we are pleased to invite GCF’s Accredited Entities (AEs) and National Designated Authorities (NDAs)/ focal points to participate in a stakeholder consultation session, which will be held on Tuesday 13 January, 2026, at 8:00 AM KST and 18:00 PM KST, to accommodate different time zones. 

 The objective of these consultations is to present the draft Policy on Project Management Costs, and to engage with external stakeholders to gather constructive feedback that will inform the final version of the policy. 

 Each session will consist of two parts: 

1. A presentation of the draft policy by the Secretariat. 
2. An interactive Q&A panel to allow stakeholders to ask questions.
