This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Transforming Eastern Province of Rwanda's capacity to adapt to climate change through forests and landscapes restoration," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
