This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Sustainable Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Initiative for Drought Prone Districts of Karamoja Sub Region through Green Energy," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
